While deep within my healing journey and alongside in the walks of the many others I have served as a supportive specialist for those with CPTSD and dual diagnosis of co-occurring mental, cognitive, behavioral or neurodiversity I have learned a lot about the support that is offered… and the lack (thereof) of support to those undergoing their own journey and for those walking side by side in crisis houses, sober houses, mental health techs, behavioral health techs, facilitators, coordinators and the like.
I have operated as both- a healer and I have individually filled all of those roles, but the difference? I listened intently to those who cried out for help in a for profit organization that was ruled by someone who lacked integrity and stability. Moving on to the next and the next- I realized a pattern and was drawn to this. Accessible, easy to use connections, support, resources and more.
