When I do feel uncomfortable in this area here are some things that I find to be helpful in holistically caring for my energy.

Whenever I do any somatic practices, I would recommend doing so when you are in a safe place. I usually elect to add some sort of healing soundscapes on.

Just like meditation and yoga, somatic practices can be healing I usually like to use water or smoke to cleanse my space and my body. I personally find it helpful to enter a state of mindfulness.

In addition to marijuana, I use smokes like, sage, palo santo, tobacco and resin blends for the home.

🔄 Daily Mini Neural Reset (90 Seconds Total)

Repeat 1–2x/day to maintain flow and prevent flare-ups.

  1. Neck Glide
    • Chin gently tucked, glide head back as if making a “double chin.”
    • Hold 5 seconds × 5 reps
  2. Flossing Eye Pathway (Optic-trigeminal relief)
    • Tuck chin → look down → slowly rotate eyes and head up/right
    • Exhale fully as you look up.
    • Do 5 slow reps, pause if tingling or heat rises (that’s release).
  3. Jaw + Tongue Uncoil (to support cranial nerves)
    • Open jaw wide → tongue presses to roof of mouth → hold 3 seconds
    • Release jaw gently, breathe through nose
    • Repeat 3x

Optional Integration Layer: Whisperroot Ritual
