You can identify your emotions however feels good to you. For example: anxiety to me feels like static. This helps me be able to do skills like ‘Color breathing’.

Take a moment to be curious about what is happening for you.
Which emotions, sensations, feelings are more difficult for you to experience?
What would you imagine you might need when these sensations arise?

N. Nurture

Be kind to yourself after and during the practice. This is a good time to practice rest, nourishment, self compassion and soothing.
